After England’s “uninspired” performance against Scotland, GCW called to your attention that this would always be so in a meaningless warmup match.

This is why, today, England thrashed West Indies by 9 wickets in a performance an Australian would have been proud to call his own.  Even Luke Wright looked like a world beater.

It’s a hard life, being a cricket blogger.  This was all part of a cunning plan to drive England to victory, but the credit will go to the players as always.  GCW’s part in the triumph will not even be acknowledged.
