I love the suggestion by Straight Point, lets decide the name of the captain in draw before every match or may be after every series. So we will end up having no pressure on captain go and feel easy but may also miss the passion to lead.

But wait who will be blamed for a loss, who will be the target of 15 minute fame stories? Who will be accused of all the fckng things then?

I have a feeling he will return because that’s what children do. Mummy tells them they can’t have sweets before dinner so they run off upstairs crying. A few minutes later, they come back down, have their dinner and then mummy gives them the sweets.

But worse for whom? Reports are now saying that he has said he is prepared to continue, but that it’s up to the PCB to make the next move. Is he just using the situation to engineer something to his advantage? If so, he certainly wouldn’t be the first.

One has to ask the simple question ‘Did Younis make the situation better or worse?’, I’m afraid the answer has to be worse.
Let’s hope he doesn’t turn senile like Keegan….and come back and sue us for millions.
